1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using GreenNet's website and services operated by FMWA Green Net World Inc. ("GreenNet," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

GreenNet provides a global directory of Black-owned businesses, connecting consumers with Black entrepreneurs across 195 countries. Our services include:

• Business directory and search functionality
• Business listing services for Black-owned businesses
• User account creation and management
• Community features and resources

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using GreenNet, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Business Listings

5.1 Listing Requirements

To list a business on GreenNet, you must:

• Own or be authorized to represent the business
• Operate a legitimate Black-owned business
• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Pay the required listing fee ($50 USD)
• Sign the GreenNet Advertising Agreement

5.2 Listing Fee

The business listing fee is $50 USD, which covers your listing through December 31, 2026. This fee is non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy.

5.3 Content Standards

All business listings must comply with our content standards. You may not:

• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Misrepresent your business or its ownership status

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 GreenNet Content

All content, features, and functionality of the GreenNet website are owned by FMWA Green Net World Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to GreenNet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the website
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made through our accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, credit/debit card, or bank wire transfer. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

GreenNet does not verify the accuracy of business listings or the legitimacy of businesses listed on our platform. Users should conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any business.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREENNET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GreenNet and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
